Refund Policy

Padel Up Asia is responsible only for shipments handled by us and our appointed transport partners.

Please keep the original packaging and shipping materials in case they are required to process a claim with the carrier.

Any claims related to missing or damaged items during transport must be reported within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

WARRANTY

All rackets sold on padelupasia.com come with a warranty that lasts 1 year from the date of purchase.

What the warranty covers

Manufacturing and material defects that were present at the time of delivery

What the warranty does not cover

Damage caused by improper use or incorrect handling
Damage caused by impact, misuse, or external forces
Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use of sporting equipment

The warranty covers only the amount paid for the product.
No additional compensation, including shipping or handling costs, will be reimbursed unless required by law.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.

Returned items must:

Be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition
Be returned in original packaging, including all accessories and tags
Not be customised or personalised

We do not accept returns of products that have been used, unsealed, untagged, or customised.

Refunds are issued for the product price and standard outbound shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
